In line with CAP’s Standards of Practice and Standards for Supervision, I provide services under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist, Stephanie David, who oversees my clinical work.

Psychology
I take a person-centered, collaborative approach, meeting you where you’re at and tailoring each session to your goals. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Somatic Experiencing (SE) to help you build long-term skills for navigating emotions, stress, and life’s challenges. I also consider factors like sleep, movement, and overall lifestyle when relevant. My aim is to offer a grounded, supportive space where you feel understood and leave with tools that genuinely help.
Professional Registration & Supervision Statement
I am registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) as a Registered Provisional Psychologist. In accordance with CAP’s Standards of Practice and Standards for Supervision, I provide services under the supervision of Stephanie David, Registered Psychologist, who maintains oversight of my clinical work and is available for consultation as needed.
